sorry I had to read this twice..cause I dont really get it..

Again I can't stress how I dont concern myself with the label any man gives me..I know what I am...usually a man labels you after he couldn't get something out of you he wanted..its usually the result of a bruised ego..he is attempting to regain his Manhood back...

Just cuz THAT guy may think or label me a hoe..doesn't mean the next one will..why worry about it at all...:-/

I guess if you act "whorish"..but try to get back with the same guy after he thinks you are whorish and says so..well...thats on you....move on I say..if a guy makes a derogatory or negative comment about you in any way....go on w your life ..who cares what he thinks..he's a douche

Good comment, true2me. I also agree with what you are saying Xilla... Basically as true points out, if you give him some once then try to front later, he will put you in the hoe category (mostly due to his bruised ego, cause Xilla points out that men and women both want to move "on to the next" sometimes...

But its nice to know, from a man's perspective, that it takes more than "giving it up quick" to be put in the hoedom and that relationships can grow from the fact that somtimes 2 people are equally attracted & both enjoy sex. As long as friendship can grow from sex, there is a chance for more...

oh ..thanks for the clarification. I just posting something on another blog about how women will give you a sample thinking that thats supposed to make you beg and pine and do anything to get it...yeah thats mad lame. I understand where ur coming from but when you say if you pull out your hoe card you may as well use it...that part is a little foggy to me. Are you saying if I tell you I'm a hoe I may as well be one, or if my indirect actions suggest I am a hoe, I should live up to my reputation??

I think its all about the 2 people involved. I know men who have slept with women the first night and married them...and I know men who have slept with a woman on first night and called her all kinds of names...and I also know men who have slept w/woman on first night and continue to sleep w/her 4-5yrs down the road but not make her his "main" woman...so it just depends on the people.

At first, this blog was a little unclear to me. But after actually putting some thought into it, I think I understand better. Ok to make sure that I understand exactly what you mean, Xilla, take this scenario right here:

Girl meets guy at club, they're both really feeling each other. He goes back to her crib with her and they're going at it...kissing, rubbing, touching, the works...but then she stops him and says something like, "No, I can't do this with you right now. I just wanna take it slow." after she's LED HIM ON to believe that he's about to give it to her. Dude leaves and goes home PISSED because ol' girl led him on and had him thinking he was about to get the panties and she is forever a tease or hoe in his book (or until she proves herself otherwise) because she was down to ride until it was time to get to it. He probably thinks that maybe it's something wrong with him (big shot to his ego) because she's probably out there slobbing and sexing every other guy in the world....

So, is what I'm thinking right? lol

I had trouble understanding this post, but it sounds like this boils down to playing games, which is something I was never any good at nor had a tolerance for.

I do agree with the eye of the beholder comment. I dated a guy who thought only "loose" women wore red nail polish (go figure, it was his issue and he tried to make it mine). We continued to date and I wore every shade of red in my mani/pedi kit just to rub it in, lol.

If a platonic female friend/one night stand bangs a man once and doesnt want to do it again then its either A) she didnt enjoy it or more than likely its B) she isnt feeling you like that.

Its not always that the sex is bad. The female just might have had the urge to do it at that moment but sees you more like a friend and may not want to mess up the friendship or maybe she does sees you something more but for whatever reason doesnt want to be in a relationship right now. There are a variety of reasons for option B up above.

If you been platonic friends for a while then more than likely she really didnt want to give it to you at all...you just caught her at time when she really needed it or you somehow manipulated her into giving it up. But, just cuz a woman wanted it once doesnt mean she is gonna want it from you again.

The same reasons men have for not wanting to do a female again is the same reasons women have. So yeah, I guess I get where you are coming from when you say that dudes are dogs when they hit it and quit iso what does it make a woman that does the same thing? I guess ho would suffice.
If there is any consolation there are a plethora of names for woman who sleep around i.e. hoe, slut, whore, loose, etc. while there are only a few namesif only 2 terms for a man who participates in one night stands; a dog and I guess the term man whore.
