I understand what you are saying completely. But as far as the church girl gone wild that is far from me lol. I've made my mistakes a few years back while I was in church. Then I stopped going to church. Now I am an atheist and a feminist. Although this topic is about sex it can represent so much more being the feminist that I am. So I'm not going to rush to have sex with just anyone. The connection has to be there for me. Sex is good. A great conversation and sex is even better.

Trust me, I've been there...and my answer is the same: "You’re gonna live a pretty sad and reclusive life if you put that much stock in what other people, parents/family included, think."

Make well thought out decisions based on what you know to be right from your upbringing - “Eat the meat and throw away the bone.” - combined with your own views and do what you believe is right for you - they'll probably not like it but if their love is unconditional as it should be they'll still love you despite disagreeing with your views and eventually they'll get over it for the sake of having you in their lives

btw...church girl gone wild fresh out the gate is more likely to lead to regret than feelings of freedom - nothin wrong with having sex and feeling good but take baby steps, at this stage of your life limit it to someone who truly cares for you and whom you trust - give yourself some time to live comfortably outside of caring too much what your family thinks, you got plenty of time and there will always be cute guys on the train

I dont care what many people think about me but sometimes it's the people who are closer to you to have an affect. Anybody looking from the outside, I really dont care. Its not easy when your parents cant't understand you and they get mad at your opposing views. My grandfather is a pastor and my family grew up in a church. The judgement may also come with non acceptance because I am not the reserved lady as I should be to them. Right now my parents dont understand my views but hey, I have a lot to learn myself. Im only 18, so i really cant complain.

I think it is perfectly fine to give in to hoe tendencies every now and then. As long as you protect you heart and body. Don't let sex screw you up in the head or make you feel less than. And of course, use the appropriate profilactics (sp?) at all times.

I found this post to be interesting and a bit ironic, because I was just thinking about this earlier today. I over hear my brother and his friends talk about the females they have pursued or plan to pursue with much pride. All of these experiences that they live to tell. Life is about experience to me and that they have plenty of. As I ride the train everyday I look see a few guys who i just want to have intercourse with, Hell I even want to have intercourse with my brothers friend. Ofcourse I dont though. The main reason is because of what people would think of me. And it sucks because I feel like I am missing out. I'm missing out because of everybodys judgement. It seems that everybody has their veiws on whats wrong and whats right. Is it bad if I just want to feel good ? Or if I choose lust>love? It may not be "bad" but people will judge. If people didnt judge and it was made acceptable I'm pretty sure men will wife the "Hoe." (Really dont like that term.) The main problem I think that comes with wifing a woman who has experience with several men is the mans "Ego". Nobody can handle the judgement. People have to learn not to care what others think including me because guess what, we are all going to die, not to sound harsh but thats how i see it. It really doesnt matter. This may have been alittle all over the place but yeah, thats my view. And I love True2me based on her comments. I would like to end it with this wonderful quote “You have your way. I have my way.
