You're more likely to gain experience when you're involved with one person (or even after a few serious/semi-serious relationships) spending time with an open-minded partner, experimenting in an environment where you know and trust the person, learning what they like, reading BlogXilla ;-) and perfecting your skill is what will make you "good" as opposed to hopping from bed to bed where your concern and the other person's is just getting off - not really caring if the other person is pleased or not...
