Most of y'all don't really know the law clearly. It is illegal to tape a person having sex with you, without their consent. If you watched the first part of the tape, she asked him what the envelope with the cash was, dude said "a gift" that takes the prostitution charge off the tape as a point of evidence in this tape. Why? Because when she asked him on tape what was the purpose of the money in the envelope and he didn't say "to have sex with you" or "to pay for sex" when he can not claim that it was an actual act of prostitution. Y'all niccas need to learn the fuckin' law. Chicks who hoe know how to beat entrapment and skirt the law. So yeah, she can sue him for releasing an illegal filming of her without her consent. Why do you think that for anything to be released on TV or in movies you have to sign some type of legal waiver, waiving your right to compensation for the usage of your likeness on tape???
