All of the techniques mentioned here work and I utilize them all regularly except pinching the nipple. That is a situational technique. You can't do that to everybody. There are only a select few that enjoy that. I would like to add something to this list though. I first moisten the nipple with my mouth encircling it with my tongue slowly while massaging the other breast. Of course you alternate between the two. After some time has passed I take the entire nipple in my mouth. Nibble between making circles starting at the tip of the nipples until they are standing at attention. You then continue making circles until the nipple and areola are all in your mouth. That is when you increase the suction just a little bit while alternating between nibbling, flicking and encircling. Then slowly run your whole tongue over each nipple pressing it against your top lip sealing with your bottom lip. The longer your tongue the better. All the while you are continually caressing the other breast. I'm out.

I think it's best to ease into it at first. Alternate licking her nipples and kissing her. Then while you're licking, motion for a kiss. I've found that that doesn't quite work for every woman. I've met a few girls who don't even like their breast licked, but if you kiss em' on the neck, they'll be giving you head in 2 minutes.
