Yep and the only thing that can make an addict quit is an addict, but it's those moments in that addicts life that plays a part in it all. Same with a cheater... It's not just a man thing. Some men don't cheat. Some women only cheat. It's a part of life.

But trust me there is always a reason a man cheats... ALWAYS might not be a good reason but it's a reason nonetheless.

Woman need to understand they are here FOR man. And this is how the world works. I am not saying to be a door mat for him. But if he is a man, he will know his worth and act accordingly. If he is a boy, then that's what you get.

I bring him his plate, tea bag's his ass, etc. And because he is a man and knows his role he does what is required as a man.

I agree with this article 100%. I'm from the south and this is how our moms, grandmas raised us. It isn't even a question whether or not your gonna fix his plate or give him head. This is what a women is supposed to do. And I don't think it has anything at all to do with keeping him from cheating. People will do what they will do not matter how great your head is or if you know that the game went into over time (Go Hornets). The world would be a better place if all women realized this. We as women should want to please their man in any way possible. Not for him but for you. At the end of the day its all laginappe anyway. They need us alot more than we need them.

Anywhore, it doesn't matter how good of a woman you are if a man thinks that he can get away with it he will cheat on you. The best of women get cheated on and tend to feel like fools b.c they've done everything on "the list" and never felt that it would happen to them. It's all about what the man wants to do at the end of the day. Cheating is a decision that he has chosen to make, point blank.

After reading this, I was inspired to write a response article on Associated Content. It's entitled, How to Keep Your Woman from Cheating. Due to it's racy content in some areas, I'm not certain if it will be approved. However, because I found your piece inspiring, among other things, I couldn't help but to write it.

People cheat for so many reasons. All we can do is whatever is within our power to prevent it by eliminating the excuse for another to step in. If you can honestly say you've done all you could, there's nothing left to do but let your partner step if you are incapable of satisfying a need.

Here's a taste of what you inspired:

"Listen, you like enthusiastic head, so do some of us. Sop it up, make it sound like you love it and we'll return the favor."

ahh I remember the times when i actually was a good girlfriend material..lol i used to do all these things and more..shit i used to buy clothes for my boyfriend just because..i would order pizza and wings for him (and actually paid for it) and have it come to his house around the time he came home from work.. and this was alot for me to do for the mere fact i am a college student and money isnt a constant thang..sometimes i had to sacrifice..but thank god i came to my senses ..the men i was doing it for were not worth it at all..and still cheated..ahh well..now im jus a playa..lol

I ain't gonna lie...I'm one of those chicks who'll be like "Fix your own plate.", simply because when I get home I have to deal with my little one and I'm usually just plain tired. I did fix my man a plate last night and he just had this big grin on his face. And I thought "Damn, I need to do this more often." So I guess I could change my ways and be a bit nicer about it since it means so much to him.

Let's be clear, all these tips are for people who actually give a damn. If you care enough, it's not too much to fix a plate ot give some fiya brains or hell...let that nigga put it in ya ass if he's been extra good lol. Cause best believe, there's a bish right around the corner who will happily do all these things! And fellas, the same applies to you. I always encounter fools trying to see what my man won't do so they can do it for me smh. wow... some of the advice is well headed. I know chicks that cant fry an egg let alone make a plate BUT the whole "plan a date" issue bugged the hell outta me. Being undecisive is one of the most unattractive qualities a man can have.
