I strongly believe foreplay is the most imporatnt part of sex...that's a start, that's when you let your partner know "it's time, I am open". I think people lost the concept of foreplay when sex became more about that quickie. Foreplay isn't (at least in my opinion) for the jumpoff. With the exception of giving and receiving oral, foreplay is often disgnated for relationships. In a relationship there is intimacy and foreplay allos both to express that.
