    I used to ask the question all the time, but I've definitely come to realize people have their reasons! I think it's safe to say women are a lot more discriminative when it comes to sex. I can't get with that whole "That's what the dark is for" thing. But to each his own! And in the best case scenario, her personality may have won him over. So, yeah, it's like you said in the end, who are we to judge?

    Lord knows I see dudes that are down for their "less than attractive" significant others. Shoot, I've been the "less than attractive" dude to a girl who could have done much better than me in terms of looks. I had to work hard to keep dudes from sippin' on my Kool-Aid!

    everytime I would go somewhere with my ex.. people would just stare..and when my friends would meet him..they would say he is NOT your type.. bc he was shorter then me first of all and secondly they were like he doesnt even have an athletic build.. they were being so shallow and it used to make me feel bad but I would cuss them out like oh yeah too bad he doesnt look as good as your man and have no job.. LOL
    but for real he was the nicest funniest person and he was a great person.. but people would think I was too cute to be with him.. so shallow.. thats why people cant find good mates.. they are too concerned about what others think and the what you have to be to be with me list..

    There is definitely some truth to this post...as shallow as it it! I definitely know some people who don't necessarily fit the standard definition of beauty who get waaaaaaay more action than me (yeah I think I'm cute).....and with very attractive dudes. Most of them are the cool chicks you described who like sports etc and they are willing to put it out there way more than I am.
