Ok let me chime in with some answers
Numer 2 and 3 kinda go together. Some penises are two toned because of teh circumcision scar which appears as a wide band around the penise (on the shaft near the corona or head) It can be lighter than the rest of teh penis or a pinkish color. (I've really only seen the dark skin and pink color combo)
