I'm not sure what inspired this post, but some of the things you mentioned is actually true. I have faked it a few times, but the fact that I know how to act they never know. There are occassions when I get mad when a guy says or does something stupid, worse if we are enjoying a quiet night at home and his phone rings at 11pm and he answers it everytime. I find that very rude and very suspect. As far as initiating affection, I am very bad at that especially in public. the last BF i had never liked doing that, and I guess I am now immuned.
